This loose ring snaffle features a vulcanite mouthpiece that produces a “warm” feeling in the mouth while still remaining more firm or hard than rubber. The vulcanite covers a stainless mouthpiece for additional strength. These bits have rounded corners but still sit flat on the horse’s bars. This particular design on this vulcanite loose ring snaffle, which is exclusive to English-made bits, allows a softer feel in the mouth on both the corners and the bars than many other loose rings you would find on the market.
