Description
These are smaller and shorter versions of the W Bit which are sometimes called “tongue grids.”
These are quite good are controlling none compliant tongues, particularly with horses for which ported bits to do yield the desired result.
Just place in the mouth ahead of the bit and off you go.

If your horse wants to flip it’s tongue over the bit… you need this piece of equipment. It is a life saver, literally! I highly recommend it but It is not a substitute, for a bit.
