Return Policy

Introduction

At EquuSport, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction.

We will allow returns or exchanges on specific items that are unused and in new, re-sellable condition within 14 business days of purchase (if in store) or delivery (if online).

Please note: all non in-person returns must be authorized by EquuSport prior to shipment.

Please note the following return exceptions:

  • All rubber, flexible mouth, plastic, or vulcanite bits, regardless of maker, are final sale and may not be returned.


  • All custom bits are final sale. If you wish to send your custom bit back for some reason, we will decide at our discretion if they can be exchanged or if we will issue you store credit for a future purchase.


  • All leather goods that have been oiled or have had nameplates mounted on them are final sale and cannot be returned.


  • Custom bridles may not be returned if they do not fit. However, if the fit is not correct EquuSport will make every attempt to remedy the fit.


  • All shipping fees are non refundable


A special note about Poponcini Bits:

The manufacturer of Poponicini Bits does not warranty the durability of these mouthpieces against teeth or chewing. The warranty only applies internal cable failure and thus any wear to the rubber mouthpiece is not covered by Poponicini Bits or EquuSport LLC and thus not eligible for replacement or exchange. Other Returns Information

Any returns outside the above are are handled on a case by case basis for store credit only.

All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are handled on a case by case basis.


All returns outside of 14 days are final sale.

You may return your item(s) in one of the following ways:

Return Option 1

Bring it back to the shop at the horse show we are at. You can see our calendar here.

Return Option 2

Send your merchandise back via a trackable carries such as UPS or FedEX. Please contact us so we can issue you a return authorization and address to ship your item(s) back.

Where is my Refund or Exchange?

*Please note: Your refund may take several business days from the time your return is processed until you see the refund in your financial institution*

How it works:

– Your return is shipped back to our mobile tack shop. It arrives to us 2-10 business days after you ship it back depending on your geographic shipping location.

– Once your return is delivered to us and inspected, your request for a refund or exchange is processed in 1-2 business days.

Refunds:

– Your refund is processed, and information is sent from EquuSport to your financial institution.

– Your refund will be accepted by your financial institution and show on your account in 1-4 business days. (This varies depending on your financial institution’s policy and processing time)

Exchanges:

– Your exchange item is processed depending on availability and is shipped from our shop within 2 business hours from the time the exchanged item is received.

– Your exchange order is shipped to you via standard shipping and should arrive in 2-9 business days depending on your geographic location.

Flat rate shipping is available.
